Low Differential Pressure Transducer Overview
The low differential pressure transducer is a new type of transmitter. The key raw materials, components and parts are all imported. The whole machine has been strictly assembled and tested. The low differential pressure transducer is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from entering the transmitter directly, and the pressure-sensitive diaphragm and the transmitter are connected by a capillary filled with fluid. The differential pressure transmitter is used to measure low differential pressure of air, smoke, and furnace, and then convert it into a 4- 20mA DC current signal output. The low differential pressure transducer can also communicate with each other through the HART protocol, and set and monitor through them.

How to choose the pressure transducer
★ Depending on the type of pressure to be measured
Pressure types mainly include gauge pressure, absolute pressure, differential pressure, etc. Gauge pressure refers to the pressure that is less than or greater than atmospheric pressure based on the atmosphere. Absolute pressure refers to the zero position of the absolute pressure as the reference, which is higher than the absolute pressure. Differential pressure is the difference between two pressures.
★ According to the measured pressure range
Under normal circumstances, the actual measured pressure is selected as 80% of the measurement range.
★ According to the measured medium
According to different measurement media, it can be divided into dry gas, gas liquid, strong corrosive liquid, viscous liquid, high temperature gas liquid, etc. Correct selection according to different media will help prolong the service life of the transmitter.
★ According to the system operating temperature range
The temperature of the measuring medium should be within the working temperature range of the pressure transmitter. During the production process of the pressure transmitter, the temperature effect will be measured and compensated to ensure that the measurement error caused by the temperature effect is within the range required by the accuracy level. In the case of high temperature, you can consider choosing a high-temperature pressure transmitter or take auxiliary cooling measures such as installing condensing pipes and radiators.
★ According to the pressure interface form
Usually, a threaded connection (M20×1.5) is the standard interface form. If you need other sizes of the interface, we will produce and formulate them according to your requirements.
