Working Principle of Oil Fired Steam Boiler

The burner releases heat by burning diesel oil, which is then absorbed by the water-cooled wall through radiative heat transfer. The water in the water-cooled wall is boiled and vaporized, and a large amount of steam is generated and enters the steam drum for steam-water separation (except for once-through furnaces). If it is a superheated steam boiler, the separated saturated steam enters the superheater, and continues to absorb the heat of the flue gas at the top of the furnace, the horizontal flue, and the tail flue through radiation and convection, and makes the superheated steam reach the required working temperature.
