Overview of the hot water boiler system

Hot water boiler systems can be divided into heating systems and domestic hot water systems according to usage.

The hot water heating system uses water as the heating medium. It is widely used in residential and public buildings and industrial enterprise workshops. According to the heat medium parameters, it can be divided into low-temperature hot water (water supply temperature is lower than 100 ℃) and high-temperature hot water; according to the system circulation power, it can be divided into natural circulation and mechanical circulation; according to the source of hot water, it can be divided into direct supply mode and intermittent supply mode. Most of them choose the mode of supply.

The hot water heating system generally consists of hot water boilers, radiators, water supply pipes, return water pipes, expansion tanks, etc., and is widely used in civil and public buildings as well as factories of industrial and mining enterprises.

Advantage:
·Simple operation and management, low maintenance costs.
·High thermal efficiency, the light Phenomenon of running, popping, dripping, and leaking, can save 20% to 40% energy compared with steam heating. The hot water boiler is used in the domestic hot water system and is generally equipped with a volumetric heat exchanger, or a combination of a plate heat exchanger and a hot water storage tank, so as to meet the needs of domestic water. The specific system is as follows:

The hot water boilers' introduction

Hot water boilers are mainly used for heating and bathing. The hot water boiler circulates the hot water in the heat preservation water tank through the hot water circulation pump and heats the hot water in the water tank repeatedly to achieve the purpose of bathing; the hot water boiler circulates the hot water in the heating pipe through the hot water circulation pump and passes through the radiator. It can meet people's heating requirements; hot water boilers and hot water circulation pumps combined with heat exchangers can realize the dual functions of bathing and heating.
Hot water boilers are a double-drum, horizontal, and chamber-fired D-shaped layout structures, with the furnace on the right and convection on the left tube bundles, The upper and lower drums are fixed on the chassis of the main body through movable supports in the middle of the lower pot and at both ends and ensure that the boiler as a whole expands to both ends.

It adopts a double drum arrangement, compact structure, and good flame fullness.
The furnace adopts a membrane-type water-cooled wall structure, and the boiler as a whole adopts an air-tight inner guard plate with a fully enclosed welded structure, and the furnace wall is well sealed.
The boiler layout has a large heating surface area, and the design has a large enough steam and water space to ensure the stability of the boiler parameters.
A smoke condensation recovery device is arranged at the tail, which can effectively control the exhaust gas temperature and the boiler has high thermal efficiency.
High heat resistance material is used as the heat insulation layer, and the heat preservation performance is good. The outer layer of the boiler adopts a pressed guard plate, which has a beautiful appearance.
There is an inspection hole in the furnace, which provides great convenience for use and maintenance.
The fully automatic burner is adopted, and the water supply is continuously adjusted electrically, so the combustion efficiency is high. And has multiple protection functions and safe & reliable operation.
 According to different burner configurations, the boiler can burn heavy oil, light oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, and other fuels, and the burner can be controlled by position control and proportional adjustment.

The combustion system supplies fuel to the boiler for heat generation. Gas oil fired hot water boilers' combustion system equips with a burner and fuel device according to the fuel properties, steam capacity,  and pressure of the boiler.
Burner brands: Baltur, Riello, Weishaupt, Hofamat, Honeywell, Ecoflam, Cavallo, and so on.

·Water system of the hot water boiler system

The water system consists of a make-up water part and a hot water part.
Make-up water part: make-up water refers to the water that is provided to the boiler for hot water conversion. The make-up water channels water into the boiler and automatically controls it to satisfy make-up water requirements for the system.
Hot water part: the hot water is part of the boiler responsible for collecting and regulating the hot water generated by the boiler. Valves and pressure gauges are used to monitor and regulate temperature and pressure.

The water system should be composed of the boiler main body, rear heating surface(such as economizer, condenser and so on which are equipped according to the actual situation of the user), water treatment device, make-up water pump, Make-up pump constant pressure tank, decontamination device, plate heat exchanger, volumetric heat exchanger, circulating water pump, deaerator(choose to match) and so on.
