The combustion system supplies fuel to the fire tube steam boiler for heat generation.
The fire tube steam boilers' combustion system equips with burner and fuel device according to the fuel properties, steam capacity and pressure of the fire tube steam boiler.

· Fire Tube Steam Boiler Steam Water System
The steam water system consists of feedwater part and steam part.
Feedwater part: Feedwater refers to the water that is provided to the boiler for steam conversion. The feedwater channels water into the boiler and automatically controls it to satisfy steam requirements.
Steam part: the steam is the part of the boiler responsible for collecting and regulating the steam generated by the boiler. Remote Valves and instrument controls are used to monitor and regulate steam pressure, temperature, and capacity.
The steam and water system should be composed of boiler main body, rear heating surface(such as economizer,condenser and so on which are equipped according to actual situation of user), water treatment device, feed water pump, steam header, deaerator and so on.
· Fire Tube Steam Boiler Control System
The fire tube steam boilers’ control system is a collection of boiler electrical control components, a center for collecting and processing boiler operating signals, and an operation platform for sending execution instructions to each execution unit of the boiler.
The control system circuit of the fire tube steam boiler is relatively complicated, and the core role is the PLC or DCS control. We can program the logic according to the specific requirements of the customer. The steam boiler control system circuit is mainly composed of logic editing PLC, terminals, modules, control panels, frequency converters, switches, isolation barrier, etc. The circuit drawings are mainly composed of primary circuit diagrams, secondary circuit diagrams, terminal wiring diagrams, PLC point diagrams, etc. Now one of the PLC point diagrams is shown as follows:
All of these control system circuits will be reflected in control cabinets, and the boiler control system is operated on the control cabinet. Types of control cabinets for wood pellet steam boiler: wall-mounted control cabinet, podium control cabinet, MCC vertical control cabinet, piano-style control cabinet, positive pressure explosion-proof control cabinets, and three-proof control cabinet. Each control cabinet we leave the factory has a unique number, and it has the function of mobile phone viewing. You can see the operating status of the boiler in real-time, such as temperature, water level, pressure, alarm record, etc. But the actual operation still needs to be completed by the staff in the boiler room. Water tube boilers have water in the tubes and gases of combustion outside of the tubes.
Fire tube boilers have gases of combustion within the tubes and water outside of the tubes.
Water tube boiler furnaces are surrounded by tubes(pipes)full of water, which allows a large amount of heat from combustion to be transferred to the tubes very quickly.
Fire tube boiler furnaces are usually inside the pressure vessel, but may also be external to the pressure vessel. Exhaust gases of combustion travel through tubes surrounded by water.
Almost all large industrial plants will have a boiler onsite. Most industrial plant boilers are of the fire tube design whilst water tube boilers are more favoured in the power generation industry. Large and very large steam capacity boilers are always water tube boilers.
