Condensing Steam Boiler Overview
Condensing steam boiler is one kind of steam boiler. Traditional gas steam boiler When the traditional steam boiler is in operation, it will emit exhaust gas with high temperature, the exhaust gas of the steam boiler includes nitrogen oxides and high heat. The discharge of these heat into the atmosphere will cause energy loss, so the condensation technology came into being. Condensing technology is to convert high-temperature flue gas into low-temperature flue gas through heat exchange of the condenser, and the released heat heats the feed water of the boiler to increase the temperature of the water, so as to achieve the purpose of heat recycling, reducing carbon emissions, and saving fuel costs.
Condensing steam boilers can be divided into biogas condensing steam boilers, natural gas condensing steam boiler, LPG condensing steam boilers and coal gas condensing steam boilers according to fuel classification. These are all gas fired condensing steam boilers. For ordinary gas-fired steam boilers, its thermal efficiency is about 85%, and after adopting new condensing technology, its thermal efficiency can reach more than 98%. The improvement of thermal efficiency will reduce fuel consumption, shorten working hours, reduce operating costs, and reduce pollution of the environment.
Condensing Steam Boiler Body Structure
The main body of condensing steam boiler with condenser adopts single drum, horizontal and wet back structure.The boiler drum is fixed on the body chassis through the fixed and movable supports at both ends, and ensures the longitudinal thermal expansion of the whole boiler. The corrugated furnace constitutes the combustion chamber of the boiler, smoke tube bundles are boiler convection heating, the flue gas three-pass form.

• The first pass--corrugated furnace
The operation of the boiler is automated.After the fuel is atomized by the burner,the torch formed fills the full corrugated furnace and transmits radiant heat through the furnace wall.This is the first return journey.
• The second pass--short threaded smoke tube
The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion gathers in the recombustion chamber and turns to enter the second return journey,that is, the flow of the threaded smoke pipe bundle area.
• The third pass--long smoke tube
It enters the smoke pipe through the front smoke box,and after convection,the temperature of the flue gas gradually decreases,then flows into the chimney through the economizer and condenser,and finally is discharged into the atmosphere.
